I'm Jackie Keane, the proud owner and founder of Little Leaf

My journey into natural healing has been shaped by a deep reverence for the transformative power of Herbal Medicine, Reflexology and Aromatherapy.

Drawing upon my extensive training and qualifications, which include Reflexology, Aromatherapy, and now Herbal Medicine, after completing my studies at The Irish School of Herbal Medicine. I'm excited to introduce a holistic approach to health and wellbeing at Little Leaf.

As a Master Herbalist, Iridologist, and Vitalist Nutritionist, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my practice. 

​

The name "Little Leaf" was chosen to symbolize the profound journey each individual can undertake towards vitality and balance. Just as a leaf embodies nature's resilience and growth, my aim is to facilitate your own journey towards optimal health and wellness.

My personal journey with Reflexology began during my own health challenges with endometriosis. This experience led me to specialize in Reflexology for Women's Health, including fertility, maternity care, menopause support as well as Reflexology Lymph Drainage.

With a strong foundation in holistic practices, including deep breathing, meditation, and mindfulness, I offer a comprehensive approach to healing for both children and adults. I've also completed specialized training to teach meditation to children and teenagers, further enhancing my ability to support clients of all ages.

Located at The Henry Street Clinic in Kilrush, Co. Clare, my treatment room provides a serene and welcoming environment for your healing journey. Whether you're seeking relief from physical discomfort or looking to enhance your overall wellbeing, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
